Arelia will assist as much as possible in tracking missing packages, but it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier. Arelia is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in cases of delayed shipment due to product availability. Once your order has been shipped and handed over to couriers or postal services, Arelia is no longer responsible for your order.
