Returns & Exchanges

At Arelia, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, resulting in a remarkably low return rate. If you do wish to return or exchange an item, we will gladly assist you within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns of unused or defective items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened and in their original or defective condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How can I request a return?

To initiate a return:

Wait for return instructions, including the return address.
Return the product, unopened and in its original packaging or defective condition.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend shipping with tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for lost returns. Always keep your shipping receipt.

Refund Period

Once your return has been processed and accepted, a refund will be issued via your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email, and the refund should appear in your account within 8 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us.
