  • All orders must be approved by the Arelia team. This means our team reserves the right to refuse any received order. In the case of a refusal, you will receive a notification, and your payment will be fully refunded.

Arelia offers worldwide shipping, allowing you to shop with us from anywhere in the world!

  • Delivery within the Poland: 3-8 business days

  • International shipping: 5-15 business days

Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, delivery details can no longer be modified.

Why Are Items Missing?

If your order is too large, it may be split into two or more shipments to reduce shipping costs. If you receive one shipment and notice that items are missing, please contact our support team. We will provide you with the additional tracking code for the remaining items still in transit.
